Financial Aid Accounting
The Financial Aid Accounting Unit is responsible for processing, disbursing and accounting for Financial Aid awards made by the Financial Aid Office. This includes grants from the State such as SUG, EOP, Cal Grants and Graduate fellowships. The Federal programs include PELL, Perkins Loans, Federal Work-Study and SEOG awards. In addition, they process student loans from banks such as Stafford Loans. They also coordinate the collection process for Perkins loans with a billing service and collect over awards.
