Welcome to the Online Student Payroll Process (OSPP) Home Page
The Online Student Payroll Process in an online system where student workers report their work hours by logging on to the student portal, MYCSUEB. Student Supervisors use the PeopleSoft HR system to view, edit, approve and report on those hours. Once the hours are approved, Payroll transmits them to the State Controller's Office (SCO) for payment
Starting August 1, 2008, all student work hours shall be submitted using the Online Student Payroll Process. This site will be updated regularly and will be an excellent source for information, presentations, business process guides, online demos and answers to questions.
